Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 19 DEC 2023 meetings were reviewed. Randy Wolff moved to
approve the minutes. Weston Beal seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:


AR review:
 - Bob will send the TSCHK2.1.0 contract to Atul for a quote.
      done
 - Lance will update the website to reference the IBISCHK7.2.1 page and send 
   an announcement to the IBIS email list.
      done


New ARs:
 - Bob will file the new bug report regarding path name to be fixed in the next 
   version of IBISCHK.


Discussion:
a. TSCHK2.1.0 parser specification update from Atul Agarwal, review of questions
   The group reviewed some questions from Atul about details in the contract. 
   The group accepted the suggested changes from Atul, especially regarding 
   versions of programs used in development.

b. Weston Beal send Randy Wolff the Quality Checklist presentation for review
   Weston thought he had sent the file, but does not see it in his sent folder. 
   Randy does not have the file. Weston will send the presentation file to the 
   attendees of this meeting.
   
 - new bug report from Michael Mirmak
   The problem is that IBISCHK7 does not correctly separate the path name from 
   the file name when checking the value of [File Name] within the file. The 
   IBIS specification states specifically that path names must use forward slash 
   ("/") and not backslash ("\") and that the EDA tool must work with the 
   specific OS path format as appropriate. IBISCHK7 is the EDA tool in this 
   scenario, so it needs to be fixed. [AR] Bob will file the new bug report to 
   be fixed in the next version of IBISCHK.
